We maintain a high safety rating by hiring skilled and experienced workers. We also work with a third-party safety company to ensure the welfare of our employees and provide secure projects in compliance with safety guidelines. All of our employees are required to undergo various levels of safety training, both in-house and through accredited training centers, including competent person training. Here at T.E. Roberts Inc., we have a Zero-Tolerance drug policy as we administer and regulate a strict Anti-Drug and Alcohol Program to ensure that employees will perform their duties safely and efficiently and in a manner that protects their interests and those of their co-workers.
